Chicken Tikka Masala, the British national dish since 2001, is the most delicious fusion of East and West. First we marinate the chicken in a delicate marinade of yoghurt, ginger, lemon juice and lots of spices and then grill it over a high flame. Then it is gently cooked in a mild, creamy tomato-cashew sauce, which we season with honey, fenugreek and mace.

Rich vegetarian soul food! We cook this savoury, velvety dal with Beluga lentils, which are particularly rich in protein. We first roast the many spices - Ayurveda style - before cooking the lentils with them in a light tomato sauce which is finished with plenty of butter. The slow simmering on low heat for 24 hours gives this dish its special depth of flavour.

Paneer is a wonderfully tender, traditional Indian grilling cheese that is little known in Europe – entirely unjustified. We simmer this firm and delicious paneer slowly in a mild sauce of tomatoes and cashew nuts, which we refine with our own spice blend. One taste and you´ll be hooked.

Our London-style dishes consist of 2 +1 components: A high-quality curry (chicken, vegetarian, vegan) with a side dish of basmati rice cooked in a spice broth and a small sachet of chilli powder.
Sous-vide
All our dishes are vacuum-sealed and slowly cooked sous-vide at a low temperature. This preserves all the flavours and aromas and we achieve a unique taste experience.
Clean-eating
High quality fresh produce, entirely natural ingredients that are gently sous-vide cooked. Only natural proteins (chickpeas, chicken, lentils etc.), no meat substitutes. Completely free of preservatives, flavour enhancers and artificial colourings. Naturally!
Mild flavor
Our dishes are spicy and flavourful, but not hot. The separate sachet of chilli powder allows you to spice them up to your own taste.
